VFX Editing
In 2019, I took on the role of a Junior VFX Editor in the Film Department at Framestore where I had the pleasure of working on some brilliant shows. It was great being part of a major VFX studio working in an extensive pipeline and constantly learning from my peers.
I spent the majority of my time in this role as part of the crew on the BBC/HBO series His Dark Materials and Fast and Furious Presents: Hobbs and Shaw. I also provided some cover/assistance for shorter periods of time on both released and currently unreleased shows inlcuding; Wonder Women 1984, Disney's live action Lady and the Tramp, A Boy Called Christmas, Netlfix film Project Power, and pre-production on Disney's live action The Little Mermaid and The Suicide Squad.
In July 2020, following my work alongside my team at Framestore, His Dark Materials won a BAFTA for Special, Visual and Graphic Effects, which was an incredible achievment.

Training Classes
Whilst working at Framestore, I took advantage of their extra training resources and took some classes in Urban Sketching, Life Drawing and a Life sculpting class taught by industry professional Andrew Maccallum over a course of 8 weeks - one 2 hour session per week. This helped me focus on and understand more about the form, structure and proportions of the human body as we had a live model to base our work on.
