ABOUT
My name is Stephanie Loxton and I am currently working as a Video Editor for ITV Daytime across all 4 shows; Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women.
I have had great opportunities over the past few years to work for some other brilliant companies editing content across different areas of the industry. I have previously spent time at Channel 4's 4Studio and Comedy Central creating digital content for their social media platforms and Channel 4's Box Plus Network editing broadcast content for all 7 of their TV channels (4Music, The Box, Box Upfront, Box Hits, Kiss, Magic & Kerrang) alongside live Vision Mixing for 'Trending Live.'
I also worked at award winning VFX company Framestore where I took on the role of a VFX Editor across multiple different projects. This includes (and is not limited to); Fast and Furious presents: Hobbs and Shaw, Wonder Woman 1984, A Boy Called Christmas and BBC/HBO series His Dark Materials which my team won a BAFTA for Special, Visual and Graphic Effects.
In between my role as an Editor, I spent a year on a Disney Program at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida as a Cultural Representative where I worked in Epcot's UK Pavilion which was an incredible experience. Here, I shared my culture with guests from all over the world and was part of the opening team as one of the hosts for a new event in collaboration with Twinings Tea.
Graduating with a First Class Degree in 2016, I studied Visual Effects and Motion Graphics at Brunel University. Having focused on building on my career in Video Editing over the past few years, I am also passionate about the Animation Industry and continuously working on building a portfolio to showcase my skills.
I am proficient in editing on Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, and comfortable using the Adobe suite. I have a good working knowledge of other softwares including Autodesk Maya, Baselight and Shotgun.
